Audio Playing middle of the Ayah instead of the start of the Ayah

On Sura Tul Qasas, whenever I click on the “play” button next to an ayah to play the audio, the audio skips from the beginning of that ayah to the middle, and the sheikh starts reciting from the middle of the Ayah. This happens to every Ayah I try to listen too.

Wa Alaycum Asalam and Eid Mubarak! sorry about the vague details.
the Name of the Reciter I am using is Abdurahman As Sudais. also, the device I am using Quran.com on is my Windows PC, and my Apple iPad.
the problem only occurs when I am using Sudais as the reciter, only in Sura Tul Qasas. the problem does not occur when I am, for example using Sudais as my Reciter, but I am on a different sura like Sura Tul Maryam. Then the problem does not occur. 
more explanation on the issue: when I click the play button next to to any ayah in Sura Qasas, the audio plays the middle or end of the ayah instead of starting at the beginning of the ayah. sometimes the audio is late and plays the ayah before the initial ayah I chose to play, and sometimes it plays the ayah after the initial ayah I wanted to play.
