1st day of some months not accepting manual entry

I have noticed that when adding a manual reading to the 1st of certain months, my entry is not accepted - it may be to do with the fact that all these months are 31 day months, and it is consistent back to 2023.
I have already sent an email to Walid about this a couple of days ago

I’m reporting an issue with my Quran reading streak.
I had a 43-day reading streak. Yesterday, I received the warning that my streak was about to expire in a few hours, so I immediately went to Quran.com and read my Quran pages.
At that time, my streak was showing 42 days, and after I read, it changed to 43 days, so I understood that my reading had been successfully recorded and that my streak was safe.
However, today I checked my streak because I wanted to continue it and make it 44 days, but I was surprised to see that my streak has been reset to 0 days.
I definitely read Quran yesterday, and the website itself appeared to register my reading by increasing the streak from 42 to 43.
Could you please check my account activity and restore my 43-day streak if possible? I would really appreciate it because I maintained this streak for 43 consecutive days and did complete my reading yesterday.

Please, if there is any way you can recover my streak I am sad, as the streak was the only reason to be punctual and read the Quran every day. You will get a lot of reward.

Could you please let us know which browser and browser version you are using? Also, if possible, please share one or two examples of the months/dates where adding a manual reading on the 1st is not accepted.
This will help us reproduce the issue accurately.

Quran.com Feedback Team asalamu alaykum, brothers, I have just sent you a recording showing me adding a reading to 1 jan 2026 and how after its still not changed, then the other screenshots show other 31 day months with 1st not updated, and Nov showing that the month is full for all days, its only a 30 day month, insha'Allah i trust this will help.

Quran.com Feedback Team Salams, sorry omitted other, I am on a macOS Tahoe26, MB pro M1, I use Firefox browser, though I think I tried on Safari (only to test) and on my Android HTC Desire 24 Pro, same issue

If the day was the 1st of a 31-day month, I have reported this as an issue

If your streak was broken only because one reading day was not recorded, you can manually add your reading session to that missing day. Once added, your streak should automatically be restored, insha’Allah.
Please let us know if it still does not update afterward.
