Could you please try opening the same ayah on another browser, such as Chrome or Edge, and let us know if the و in وَمَنْ still appears unclear?

This will help us check whether the issue is related to the browser/font rendering or a wider Mushaf display issue.

Indeed, it is a rendering issue. Can't replicate on Edge and Chrome. But issue exists also on Firefox mobile.
