I just want to mention that if we are on the following link

and we select surah from left sidebar menu it will change the surah number in url and will update surah content as well, but the problem I am facing right now, when we click on surah it will not make active the selected surah and will not change the number of verses as well.

I tried it Incognito mode also.

Where 2nd Surah is active but it's showing 10th surah active and verses of 10th Surah.

Please have a look at it.

4) Just search "13:21" using any method: CTRL+K, type URL "https://quran.com/13?startingVerse=21", Search 13:21. They all go to an ayat before. Also occurs in Microsoft Edge browser

When i select sura & verse from drop-down jump to verse system, the startingVerse shows different verse rather than the one i selected.
