Lagging and Slow website

The quran.com is not opening. I have good internet connection, and tried to open website through my iphone, mac but still not working. again, not any issues with my network and even tried to delete cache.

2) Google Chrome Version 139.0.7258.155 (Official Build) (arm64)

4) The page simply doesn't load, then i check in other browsers: Safari, Firefox - both can't be reach. And only in Yandex Browser - reached the page. I am in Uzbekistan.
