Last read details not loading

Everyday when i log in, my last read notification on homepage comes up to the incorrect verse. 
e..g. I'm currently on Surah An'am verse 150 and after refreshing the browser or next login  it comes to Surah Maida's some random verse.

 feature, but couldn't consistently reproduce the issue on our end.
To help us investigate further, could you please confirm:
Your iPhone model and iOS version
.
Whether the issue also occurs in Safari
 or only in Chrome.
Whether you use Quran.com on multiple devices with the same account.
If possible, please also share a short screen recording
 showing the reading position before and after refreshing or logging in again.
This will help us better understand the issue and investigate it further.
