i have been trying to maintain my daily streak since the month started only for me to come online and see that my streak had reset to zero and it started again despite my strak chain still visible. please help fix this as the streak helps me stay motivated and helps me keep track of my progress building my relationship with the qur'ān.

I have read Quran using your website for over 90 days straight. Usually before I am about to lose my streak, I get an email. Today I didn't get an email. I had also used the website within 24 hours of the streak disappearing. Additionally, When I go to see my streak after it disappeared, all the days of the week are ticked off. Is there some way to restore the streak?

Another problem (it didn't happen this time), is that your account only stays logged in for a certain number of days. If you don't realize that you have been logged out, then you will lose your streak because you are not using the website while being logged in.

Salaam Alaikum ukht/akh, as of may 8th i should have a reading streak of about 79 (if i have counted correctly) but it appears to say i have only a one day streak?

Please fix this.

4- I am reading Quran daily from 3 January 2024 and I had 199 streak until 25 July, and today it should have shown 200 days after reading but instead its showing 1 day. even from the week's progress it shows that I have read whole week but somehow its showing 1 day.

I am attaching June and July reading history to backup my evidence.

Kindly fix the bug and my motivation going .

It shows that my streak is set back to 0, despite the reading history being sufficient for the streak to not end. I have had a reading streak of almost 100 days, but it got reset to 1, even though I read enough every day

I am a reader in Qur'an.com app. I was in 74 days streak and yesterday I finished my daily goal and today I open and saw my streak it was showing 1 day streak and the whole week bar is completed but unfortunately it is showing 1 instead of 74 days streak . Today I add my reading of surah kahf . Verse no 55 but it still not updated the streak count . Please update my streak .
