There used to be one on Microsoft Store, though you indicated it wasn't maintained, but it did have everything, and it was one of the best Quran apps on the store, so i had it installed and used it a lot. however, after i reset windows, I can't find it on the store anymore, probably removed. So, i sincerely hope you'd have the windows app back and best if updated to match the improvements in the web site. Thank you so much and may Allah reward you the best for all your efforts.
