I lost my notes

I have been studying and using the app on my iPhone to store all my notes. I was just checking and most of the notes that I have been taking for the past years are not there anymore… is there anything I can do to bring them back???

Wa alaykom al salam,
Once I disabled iCloud sync, all of the notes were gone. 
There is no hope to bring back the notes then?

For now, we recommend disabling iCloud sync for the Quran app to help prevent further issues with your notes. Our team is also working on improvements to notes and account syncing that should provide a more reliable experience in the future, insha’Allah.

Could you please confirm which app you are using on your iPhone:
the native Quran iOS app, or
the Quran.com App / QDC app?
Also, were you signed in to an account when you created the notes?
This will help us investigate the missing notes correctly.
