I was at almost a 150 day streak and lost it for no fault of mine. I had read in the morning and by night it was showing day one and my reading history was all gone. Maybe you have cap on the number of days in the streak?
It may also be good to not lose reading history just for a broken streak.

Assalamulaikum warrahmatullah,
Can I please have my streak restored I wasn’t aware it expires at midnight. I maintained it during Ramadan and would like to continue it and it really encourages me to keep pushing. Please help me restore it. May Allah reward this team for all that they do.

Assalamualaikum brothers and sisters i would like some help in trying to restore my streak wallahi i had a 623-day Quran streak and that was my motivation to keep going and keep growing with Allah. so pls if there's any help that can be provided then i would really appreciate that thank you. because it went from 623 days to now just being 18 days.

Day streak resets

Salaam Alaykum,
The issue I have is my streak keeps resetting after few days. I read and listen to the Quran every single day using Quran.com, yet the streak resets. Please see the attached screenshot.
Further info:
1) Operating system: Windows AND Android Mobile
2) Browser : Chrome AND Edge
3) Screenshot : Attached
Will appreciate some help here.

Streak ended on first day of eid. All previous reading sessions are not taken into account even though they are saved in the history.

Could you please share the email linked to your Quran.com account, your timezone, and the date when the streak was disconnected? If possible, please also share a screenshot showing the saved reading history for that day.
This will help the team review why the saved reading sessions were not counted toward your streak.
