"wao" is written but it doesn't make sense.
It is quite obvious that the conjunction wao joins this story with the previous story of Khidr.

Footnote-2 apparently has the first point of Footnote-1, But It's also incomplete and wrong. I guess there was an error with the Footnotes with this Ayah.
