Jazakum Allahu khayran for reporting this.
We checked the Urdu Word-by-Word translation, and it appears to be available.
To make sure it is enabled, please open Settings, go to the Word By Word tab, and select Urdu from the Word By Word language dropdown. Then make sure Translation is enabled under On hold/hover and Below word, then press Done.
Regarding being asked to log in again, we tested this on our side but were not able to reproduce it so far. Could you please let us know if this happens only on this specific page or on other Quran.com pages as well?
If either issue continues, please share your device, browser, and a screenshot showing the issue so we can review it further.

i visited this url of quran.com and the translation of the mentioned word was and still missing out there, Why its translation is not available and why you are suggesting irrelevant things ?
