Feature Requests

Collections
السلام عليكم ورحمة الله وبركاته I need the following features to help increase the efficiency of a project I am doing: 1] The menu that opens when you want to add an ayah to a collection. Issue: Currently it appears to me to be random order. Fix: Should list the collections in A-Z ordering. 2] When viewing ayat with translation and adding to collections: Issue: Currently each ayah has to be individually added, through multiple clicks. Fix: Have a toggle in settings menu to be able to select multiple ayat by clicking each one and then be able to add them to a collection(s). 3] When viewing ayat in expanded view within a collection: Issue: If you want to add some ayat from that collection to another collection, it has to be done 1 by 1, going to each ayah individually. Fix: Have a similar style toggle option as mentioned in request 2] that works in the same way but within the actual collection. 4] The tick boxes for selecting the collections in the menu when adding an ayah to them: Issue: Quite small boxes, can misclick the wrong collection if trying to be quick. Fix: Large tick boxes. 5] Be able to add ayats to collections on the mobile app with all the above features too. I have some other requests too but they need videos and images to show what I need done and why. I understand this is a lot to ask, I use the website more as tool for my projects since it is so well equipped hence the requests are more about efficiency. If there is anyway I can have these added sooner rather than later I'm happy to do so as these requests will save me a lot of time and effort. May Allah ‎ سبحانه وتعالى accept the efforts of everyone involved in Quran.com and give them the reward of whoever benefits from it. بارك الله فيك و جزاكم الله خيرا

How to Make Quran Learning Interactive for Children
Teaching children the Quran is a noble responsibility, but in today’s fast-paced world, the traditional methods alone may not always capture their attention. Children learn best when they are engaged, curious, and having fun. At Meem Academia, we believe that Quran learning can be both spiritually enriching and interactive. Here are some effective ways to make Quran learning more engaging for children: Use Visual Aids and Stories Children are naturally drawn to images and stories. Introducing colorful flashcards, storybooks, and illustrations related to Quranic stories can help them understand meanings better. For example, sharing the story of Prophet Yusuf (AS) with simple visuals makes the learning process memorable. Incorporate Digital Tools In the digital age, children enjoy learning through apps, videos, and interactive games. With Meem Academia’s AI-powered learning platform, children can practice tajweed, memorize surahs, and take quizzes in a way that feels like playtime rather than study time. Interactive Recitation Sessions Encourage children to recite aloud in groups, take turns, and even have friendly competitions. This boosts their confidence and helps them learn from one another. You can also reward their participation with stars, badges, or small gifts. Creative Activities Linked to Quran Blend creativity with Quran lessons. Activities like drawing Quranic stories, role-playing Prophetic events, or writing short reflections on surahs allow children to connect deeply with what they learn. Gamify the Learning Process Children love challenges and rewards. Setting up Quran learning https://meemacademia.com/ challenges such as “Surah of the Week” or “Word Hunt from the Quran” motivates them to learn more. Simple reward systems—like points, stickers, or certificates—make the journey exciting. Connect Learning with Daily Life Help children see the Quran as a guide for their daily lives. For instance, when teaching about kindness or patience from the Quran, ask them to share how they practiced it during the week. This real-life connection strengthens both learning and faith. Encourage Parent Involvement Children thrive when parents learn alongside them. Setting aside family Quran time at home, revising surahs together, or attending Meem Academia’s virtual madrasa sessions as a family can boost consistency and motivation. ✨ At Meem Academia, https://meemacademia.com/ our mission is to nurture a love for the Quran through engaging and interactive methods. By blending technology, creativity, and traditional values, we make Quran learning a joyful journey for children—one that shapes their faith and character for life.
